Fraudulent Billing, Misdiagnoses, Difficult to Reach the office, Rude Office Staff, Frazzled Physician Dr. Singh.
My experience with your office was extremely negative. First, it is impossible to schedule follow-up appointments. The Front Desk is rude and you are forced to use text scheduling and it doesn't work. That isn't the worst part. I was told by Dr. Singh that I had 4 leaking valves and would need close follow-up and testing - every three months. Because this is rare, I had two second opinions, one in Las Vegas and one at UCLA. I was told by both that I have no leakage and my heart is healthy. Lastly, I had to drive to the office just to make an appointment and the office was so confused, they made me pay a $30.00 copay. They put me in a room to see Dr. Singh and he asked me why I was there. This experience was awful, I was made to believe I had a serious medical issue and I was told to come back every 3-months for testing. That is a great way for the practice to "steal" from the patient and insurance company. I will not be paying any balance and actually request a full refund of the money you took from my fraudulently.

1/14/25, my parent needed to cancel the appointment due to extreme acute/chronic pain and limited mobility, but needed a prescription refill for hypertension. Front office assured the doctor would call with telemed and follow up to call in the prescription. Expect him to call after hours, around 5:30 pm. The front desk called around 5:30 pm and stated the doctor would be calling that evening. No call was ever made (history of similar practice when initally becoming a patient at this office). This is unacceptable. Did the front office even inform the doctor or did they take it upon themselves to take this opportunity to teach my elderly parent a lesson about cancelling the appointment? Being in the medical profession, I consider this to be insensitve and unprofessional. My sibling is constantly complaining of long waits with being brought back for the appoinments, the insensitivity of the front office. I honesty do not believe my parent would be in the present medical condition, had my parent not taken the 2020 plandemic shot filled with snake vemom, to kill off a certain targetted population. But, we trust God Almighty for the victory and complete healing.

Having Dr.Singh, Dr. Benson and their # 1 staff leader Mary tend to your cardiac treatment is equivalent to hitting the medical Lottery. The Dr.’s and the entire medical staff are experienced, well educated, competent, and compassionate.
On more than one holiday or weekend over the past 14 years I have looked up to see Dr. Singh’s happy cheerful face smiling at me while his hands are moving 90 miles an hour tending to business. Most people don’t realize Dr. Singh is one of if not the Very top Las Vegas Rock Star heart specialists on call for emergencies weekends holidays and evenings by most if not all hospitals in town.
When you read people saying Dr. Singh “saved my life “ they don’t say that lightly. I too can make that claim. Even more importantly on a random Saturday two years ago Dr. Singh received word that my lady was rushed to the hospital unexpectedly. He showed up within the hour, within the hour. That’s almost inconceivable. She has the tiniest veins Dr. Singh needed to preform unscheduled surgery to repair emergency surgery that she had to have preformed when traveling out of state. Being skilled in the latest up to date surgery techniques he was able to repair the previously preformed procedure. She still lives to this day.
You are very fortunate to be a patient of Advanced Heart and Vascular Specialists more than money it’s hitting the medical lottery. Thank you

Both Dr Singh and Dr Benson are excellent cardiologists. Occasionally, both will come in to confer regarding my treatment. I appreciate their commitment to excellence in their field and in this particular practice. Thanks to both of them for the great care that I receive.

Not only did I feel I was in competent hands throughout the diagnosis and testing process, but Dr. Singh is such a positive soul who made me laugh and relax. Just what the old ticker needed! Bless you, Dr. Singh!

I really enjoy Dr. Singh. I go to both cardiologists. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable and nice. He explains everything very well and I’m not afraid to ask questions or anything else. I consider him a friend.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and I have always had good experiences with them. They do almost all their own tests here instead of having to go somewhere else so it’s way handy. Dr. Benson is very personable and sweet. The staff is also great. I highly recommend them.

Thank you Dr. Benson, for your help in diagnosing that I did not have a heart issue! The staff has been great in helping me along the way with the variety of testing she put me through. She even came to the hospital after I had a test there, at 10:30 at night, after a long day serving patients in the office.

The doctors are great, but the staff stinks. When you can not get anyone and leave a message they are bad at calling back. My weight loss doctor has been trying to get a hold of them for 2 days now to get records and have left 4 messages, and no replies. I have called left messages with medical records and no replies. If it wasnt for the staff they would have more stars

Dr Kathleen Benson he's a wonderful doctor take the time to listen to you about your health and order test to ensure everything is good always has a great attitude great heart doctor would always recommend this doctor if you're looking for a great heart specialist

Dr. Singh is excellent doctor came to see him from another state which I had a heart attack and I was bad ,my brother is a patient of him and he saves his life Dr Singh and all he’s personal take care me very professional, he take he’s time to talk to you and make you fell comfortable I will continue to visit his offices and I recommended to everyone. I am very blessing to have him taking care my heart .

A routine check of my heart murmur revealed to Dr. Singh that I had life-threatening cardiomyopathy and severe aortic stenosis. I was immediately transferred by Dr. Singh to Sunrise Hospital. Dr. Singh and his group tested and medicated me and prepared me for transcatheter valve replacement surgery a few days later in Los Angeles by the best surgeon in the world for that procedure. Dr. Singh’s advice and guidance helped save my life.

My blood pressure was very high and I was going to a different dr ,so someone recommended Dr
Benson and I started going to her I was very pleased she made me come in every week so they could monitor my heart , they wanted to make sure my blood pressure was normal .They were very kind and caring and I recommend them to anyone ,because they really care .

I posted previously about how all the doctors are wonderful. Dr. Singh is my dr. I heart him great doctor he's been my doctor since 2016. Great experience, patient, listen and he's quite funny. Lol. I love this office. The ladies there are wonderful. All the doctors are great. I've had experience with them all. The doctors listen to you they do not rush they are caring and attentive to your concerns and needs. Just be patient with them when there busy, they will provide you the same curtousy they did with the patient before you. I heart them. Team cardiovascular doctors and staff.

This is to edit the rating I submitted for Dr. Singh last October 07,2020. I was under stress that time because my house had a water damaged room and being treated for asbestos infestation!
I was not also informed that there was a certain time frame , say from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, when Dr. Singh will conduct the telehealth consultation with me.
Thus, I was upset waiting for three long hours.If I have known about this time frame for waiting, I could had been more understanding and kinder in my evaluation of Dr. Singh’s medical services!
I deeply apologize for such misunderstood situation.
And I take back whatever unfavorable views and opinions I written and submitted at the Google site.
As I look back in May, 2014, when I started consulting with Advanced Heart and Vascular Specialists, I experienced the highly professional and advanced expertise of the Center’s medical staff, especially Dr. Kathleen Benson and Sr. Singh, and Dr. Amy Santiago, as well. They have given me personalized treatments and regular follow ups of my heart conditions. I highly recommend them for any heart concerns , especially among seniors like me.

I was referred to Advanced Heart and Vascular by my oncologist. From my first phone call, everyone has been highly professional, very respectful and extremely competent. It is obvious that they respect my time by the manner they strive to keep the flow of patients moving with minimal wait times. Amy Santiago, the PA, is exceptional. She is knowledgeable and friendly. I love that she speaks distinct and clearly. With masks today, it is hard to read lips to assist my hearing, but I can hear and understand Amy without effort. While asking for assistance with an untreated health issue, Dr. Benson was standing nearby and overheard. She spoke up and offered help when I've been unable to find any competent medical treatment for three years for this issue! I highly recommend Advanced Heart and Vascular for heart health care.
